- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During festivals, sales, or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery across India usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas may require additional time.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.
- We may offer Free Shipping on eligible orders during promotional periods or above a specified order value.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently deliver to most locations across India. If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you regarding the order status.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) containing your tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.
6. Packaging
Every order is carefully packed using secure, food-safe packaging to preserve the freshness, quality, and taste of our dry fruits during transit.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery as per their standard policy. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or incorrect contact details, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged package or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
9. Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, natural disasters, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
